Terms of Use
These short terms cover the iMage-to-Gcode app and this site. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app
iMage-to-Gcode helps you prepare a photo and generate CNC G-code on your device. You get a personal, non-exclusive license for that use, subject to Apple or Google store rules where you downloaded it.
Your photos and files
You keep your rights in your photos and generated files. You must have the right to use any image you import.
Machine use — your responsibility
Generated G-code is a starting file, not a certified program. Before machining:
- Review the file and in-app preview
- Check size, origin, units, depth, and clearance
- Prove the path with safe shop practice
- Use correct work holding, tooling, and speeds
Cutting can injure people and damage equipment. You accept that risk. We are not responsible for broken tools, scrap, machine damage, or injury from a generated file.
No warranty
The app and site are provided “as is.” We do not promise every photo yields a useful path, that preview matches the machine exactly, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vladimir Skliar / iMage-to-Gcode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or lost profits, data, or machine time, from use of the app or a generated file.
