Questions about a job, generate, preview, or Share? Write us — we are here to help before you run a file on a machine.
To match a part in millimetres, use Size with Camera. Calibrate with a credit card or a ruler, then overlay the job on the workpiece. You can still type width and height by hand.
Primary support for the iOS app. An Android version may come later. We aim to reply within a few business days (longer on weekends and holidays).
What to include
A short note is enough. These details help:
- Device and system (for example iPhone and iOS version)
- What you were doing (photo, prepare, generate, preview, share, Recents)
- Sculpting or Contour, if it matters
- What you expected vs what happened
You do not need to send the photo or G-code unless you are comfortable sharing it.
Safety
Always review generated G-code before machining. You own feeds, speeds, work holding, and path proving. Preview is a guide — not a substitute for shop practice.
